Overview

Shauna Gunaratne is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases at Columbia University Medical Center, as well as the Associate Program Director for the Infectious Diseases Fellowship Program. Her clinical interests include management of patients living with HIV/AIDS and opportunistic infections, HIV primary care, and PrEP, PEP and STI services, along with general infectious diseases. She recently obtained a DTM&H and is interested in tropical and travel medicine. She is also actively involved in fellow and resident education about HIV, tropical medicine, and general infectious diseases.
